At PEAU, we want you to love your skin and your experience with us. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Our promise

We stand behind every small-batch jar of PEAU Tallow Sunscreen SPF 50. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund — no fuss.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days at peauskin28@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away — including any return shipping costs.

How to start a return

Email us at peauskin28@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (where eligible) and place a new order.
