Every PEAU order is made in small batches and packed with care. Here's what to expect once you place your order.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping times & rates
- Free shipping on all orders over $50.
- Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–3 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping rates and available methods are calculated and shown at checkout based on your location.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or email us.
International shipping
We're proudly made in Lebanon and ship to select international destinations. Delivery times for international orders vary by location. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated or your order seems lost or significantly delayed, contact us at peauskin28@gmail.com and we'll help track it down or make it right.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address, but we'll always do our best to help.
