1. Our store

PEAU sells skincare products, currently the PEAU Tallow Sunscreen SPF 50, through this website. We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time.

2. Orders & payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders in Lebanon. An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel orders we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or placed in error — if we cancel your order, we'll tell you why.

3. Shipping & returns

Shipping timelines and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (14-day window, unopened products).

4. Product information

We work hard to describe our products accurately, including ingredients and usage guidance. Our products are cosmetics, not medical treatments — information on this site is not medical advice. Perform a patch test before first use and consult a professional if you have a specific skin condition. Sun protection claims are subject to accredited testing and local regulatory approval in each market.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — the PEAU name, logo, photography, and copy — belongs to PEAU and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PEAU's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Beirut.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version always lives on this page with its “Last updated” date.
